DESCRIPTION:Special Olympics in partnership with the NSCC Cumberland Social Services Program\, present the Born To Shine Gala\, Friday May 24 from 7-1 at the Springhill Legion. It’s an evening to celebrate the accomplishments of our local Special Olympians. There will be a roast beef dinner\, a silent auction and music from Cool water. Tickets are $30\, at the Bridge Adult Service Center in Amherst\, the main office at NSCC Springhill or from Ruby Gordon at 902-397-0403. Proceeds support Amherst Special Olympics. \n
