DESCRIPTION:East Cumberland Lodge in Pugwash will be holding a practical exercise\, Wednesday Sept 11\, to test their emergency plans.  Throughout the exercise\, there will be communication over radios that refer to urgent situations and may be heard by some scanner listeners.  Also there will be a response by the Fire and police as part of the exercise.  Just to let you know that the sights or sounds are part of the exercise and not an actual event. \n(And a reminder from Mike Johnson from Emergency Measures ….
