DESCRIPTION:Amherst Town Council is considering amending the Land-Use Bylaw for cannabis-related uses. The draft amendments would create definitions for cannabis retail\, cannabis consumption lounges\, and define where federally licensed production facilities may locate. \nA public hearing on this matter will be held on Monday at 6:30 in Town Hall Council Chambers. Council will hear submissions in support or opposition.
