DESCRIPTION:The YMCA of Cumberland is holding a Triathalon Clinic Saturday from 8:30-2 at the Y. It’s a fun\, skill enhancing clinic with introduction level technique feedback. The clinic includes a group run\, swimming: stroke analysis\, indoor cycling\, stretch/yoga and a nutrition session. Lunch will be provided.
