DESCRIPTION:Horizon Health Network has established a new\, temporary COVID-19 Assessment Center in Sackville at the Tantramar Civic Center. Like all our other COVID-19 Assessment Centers\, testing is by appointment only.  You can access the assessment center by contacting Tele-Care 811. \nFollowing an assessment by Tele-Care\, if/when you require an in-person assessment\, a referral is sent to a COVID-19 Assessment Centre. The staff at the assessment center will contact you to schedule an appointment normally within 24 hours\, but it will depend on the number of referrals. \n
