The Cumberland Food Action Network is holding it’s 4th Seedy Saturday, March 4 from 1-3 at the Cumberland YMCA. There will be a seed swap and seeds for sale, demonstrations, kids activities and snacks. The event is free. For more information call 902-297-1687
