Free Wellness Expo

The Cumberland Communities Addressing Suicide Together Coalition, is holding a Free Wellness Expo, Sat Mar 25 . There will be 4 talks from 10-noon at the Four Fathers Library. From 1-3 there will concurrent sessions at Hatha Yoga and the Community Room at the Amherst Police Station. Seats are going fast.
