Advance Care Planning For Caregivers

Caregivers Nova Scotia will be holding a workshop called, Advance Care Planning For Caregivers: Getting Started, Wed Apr 26 from 1:30-3:30 at Christ Church Parish Hall. The workshop is free, and will get you started making decisions about future acute care or end of life care plans. It’s free, but seating is limited.
