CART, Children and Adults Reading Together begins Sat Jan 13 at 1 at the Springhill Library. CART is open to children 3-5 with their parent or caregiver. The program is free, but does require an 8 week commitment. Space is limited, so call 902-597-2211 to register or get more information.
