Chef Michael Smith – Mount A

Mount Allison University welcomes Chef Michael Smith, as their first speaker in the Ideas Without Borders President’s Speaker Series. Chef Smith’s talk, Everything I Know About Life, I Learned In The Kitchen, will take place in the Brunton Auditorium, Monday Oct 7 at 7. Mount A Dining Services will host a local food night beginning at 4:45. Meet local producers  and learn about regional products featured in the dining hall, prior to Chef Smith’s presentation. Sample the all you care to eat dining hall for $7 plus tax per person.
