COVID-19 Assessment Center in Sackville

Horizon Health Network has established a new, temporary COVID-19 Assessment Center in Sackville at the Tantramar Civic Center. Like all our other COVID-19 Assessment Centers, testing is by appointment only.  You can access the assessment center by contacting Tele-Care 811.

Following an assessment by Tele-Care, if/when you require an in-person assessment, a referral is sent to a COVID-19 Assessment Centre. The staff at the assessment center will contact you to schedule an appointment normally within 24 hours, but it will depend on the number of referrals.
