Cram a Cruiser

The Amherst Police Department’s Cram A Cruiser event is back. The Crime Prevention Cruiser will be parked at various locations, accepting winter wear and non-perishable food. There is a strong need for snow pants, winter wear in sizes 8 and up for boys and plus sizes for adults. The Cruiser will be at these locations:

November 8th

Spring Street Academy School 8 a.m. to 9 a.m.

West Highlands Elementary 11 a.m. to 12 p.m.

E.B. Chandler Junior High 1 p.m. to 2 p.m.

Springhill Foodland 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.  (in partnership with the Springhill RCMP)

Sobeys parking lot 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.

November 9th

Cumberland North Academy 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. (in partnership with the Cumberland RCMP)

Walmart parking lot 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.
