Dwight Jones Day

In honor of the late Dwight Jones, the Town of Amherst will proclaim Wednesday August 9^th Dwight Jones Day. Events across the community include the Junior Golf Invitational at the Amherst Golf Club, Music in Victoria Square, First Baptist Church BBQ, and official dedication of the Dwight Jones Field at the Robb Complex followed by a fireworks show over the marsh at dusk.
