Join Mount Allison librarian Jeff Lilburn and sociology professor Erin Steuter to discuss how and why Fake News is on the rise. The presentation is Fri Feb 3 at 3:30 in the Library Theatre. They will cover current examples of fake news, why fake news is growing, and how it has political consequences. The session will also give participants tools they can use to identify and debunk fake news.
