The Multicultural Association of Cumberland is celebrating diversity in Cumberland County by hosting a Multicultural Color Festival, Saturday Sept 7 from 10:30-1 at Dickey Park and Splash Pad. This festival is inspired by Indian Holi Festival. It signifies the victory of good over evil and is celebrated as a day of spreading happiness and love. The event is open for all ages, bring your family and friends for a BBQ, Bangra Dance, games and activities.Wear white for the color blasts every half hour from 10:30-noon
