Parrsboro Lions and Leos are presenting Old Home Week, July 11-15.
Tuesday July 11 – RCMP Bike Rodeo at the Lions Arena parking lot.
Wednesday July 12 – Old Home Week parade. It starts at 6;30 at the high school on King Street. If you would like to put an entry in the parade, meet in front of the High School between 5:30 and 6:30.
Thursday July 13 – Childrens Parade starting at 2 from the old Post Office and ending at the bandstand.
Saturday July15 – Family Kite Flying at Partridge Island at 1. Free ice cream for kids.
There will be entertainment Wednesday thru Saturday. Wednesday it’s Steve Butler, Thursday see Paul Randy Mingo, Friday, The Truckers are on stage, and Saturday music from Andy LeBlanc and band.
Hinchey’s rides will be on the Lions Grounds each night from 6-11, with advance bracelets are available at Ken’s Grocery and Wright’s Pharmasave.
