Harmony, Incorporated’s Convention and Contests.
Women’s barbershop quartets and choruses from the Atlantic region will be in Sackville on the campus of Mount Allison University from May 31 to June 2 for Harmony, Incorporated’s Area 1 (Atlantic) Convention and Contests. Friday, June 1 is competition day with quartets competing at Convocation Hall at 12:30. The popular chorus competition is at Convocation Hall at 7pm. You are welcome to attend and tickets are $10 at the door.

The Amherst Rotary Club and CIBC Wood Gundy Private Wealth Management present the Maritime Wine, Beer and Spirits Tasting Event Friday 6:30-10 at the Amherst Stadium. It’s a fun night testing local products and helping the Amherst Rotary Club raise funds for Camp Tidnish and other community projects. There will be live entertainment as well. Tickets are $45 and get you 8 sample tickets. They are available from any Rotarian or by calling 902-664-6206.
