Crossroads Community Church is presenting Pancakes and Pajamas, a free pancake breakfast with kids crafts, Saturday from 9-11. For more information, call 902-667-4331.

St. Ann’s Christmas Bazaar is Sat from 9:30-11:30 at St. Ann’s Church Hall on British Settlement Rd. They will have crafts, baked goods, a white elephant table and a new to you table. Seasonal refreshments will be available.

The NSCC Early Childhood Leaning Center’s Winter Market and Craft Sale is Saturday Dec 2 from 10-2, at the Cumberland Campus in Springhill. The Oxford Area Lionettes are holding their 23rd Annual Christmas in the Park, Saturday at the Lions Community Center. It will feature crafts and a Dessert Café from 10-2. Admission is free and there will be door prizes.  

The Amherst 50 Plus Club on Croft Street is holding a Christmas Tea and Craft and Bake Sale, Sat Dec 2 from 10-2. You will have a choice sandwiches, dessert and tea or coffee for $6.

There will be a Christmas Market Saturday Dec 2 from 10-2, at two locations, the Knights of Columbus Hall and the Community Credit Union Business Innovation Center. The Amherst First Baptist Church Deck the Halls House Tour is back Sat Dec 2 from 2-7. The tour will feature five historic homes and homes of distinction, including three large century homes, one mid-century modern offering as well as a new sleek untraditional ranch-style in a country setting. Tickets are $20 and available at the Copper Tree Boutique, Buds to Blossoms or from the Church office, or call 902-667-2001

There will be a Benefit for Wallace Wood, Sat Dec 2 from 7 to closing at Teasers. Among the entertainers will be Ron Downey and Friends, Michelle LeBlanc, Wayne Cormier and Jim Brown and more.
