Cumberland Parade of Lights

With the cancellation of most local parades due to the pandemic, Cumberland County has a way for families to find some holiday cheer. They have developed the Cumberland Parade of Lights, so residents, businesses, and organizations can highlight their decorating efforts. An interactive map that will be available on December 1st will allow people to travel to the various displays in the safety of their own social bubble. Oxford – Holiday Season Light Up

There will be no Christmas Parade in Oxford this year. Instead, the town will be celebrating with a Holiday Season Light Up, Friday Dec 4 at 6, with special events at the Wild Blueberry Center. All Saints Christmas Bazaar

The All Saints Christmas Bazaar is Tuesday Nov 17 from 3-5 at the All Saints Parish Hall in Springhill. It will be a very covid Christmas with safety protocals in place. Coats For Cumberland – Store

Christmas at Grove Cottage

The Cumberland County Museum Society is hosting Christmas at Grove Cottage, Sat and Sun Nov 21-22. There will be a Victorian Christmas tea and artisan sale from 10-6. Timed, ticketed entry will ensure you have lots of space to comfortably shop at the nine artisan tables located throughout the museum. Light the Way Campaign

This year’s Cumberland Health Care Foundation Light the Way Campaign is going to be different this year. Unlike other years, there will be no extravaganza to kick off the Christmas season at the Cumberland Regional Health Care Centre. This year’s goal is $85,000, to purchase an Erbe Electrosugical Unit. Christmas Box Campaign in Port Elgin

Pedvac Foundation is now accepting applications for its annual Christmas Box Campaign in the Port Elgin area.
