Amherst Christmas Light Up
The Annual Amherst Christmas Light Up is Friday Nov 17 in Victoria Square. Between 6 and 7 there will be music from Rod and Daren of the band Second Toe. The light up is a 7. Then join Amherst Regional High School band for a sing-a-long at the First Baptist Church.

The Bethlehem Market is back at Trinity St Stephens United Church. Saturday Nov 18 from 9-11:30 at Heartz Hall. There will be a craft table, gently used Christmas decoration, the Shining Star Bakery, Deborah’s Deals (jewelry) and a silent auction until 11. And drop by Martha’s Inn Café for turkey soup, biscuits, cookies and tea or coffee.

The 2017 Amherst Christmas Parade “150 Years of Spirit and Play”, is Saturday, Nov 18 starting at 6. The parade begins downtown on Eddy Street and ends at the Amherst Center. Following the parade, enjoy hot chocolate, a visit with Santa and the float presentations. And take in the United Way’s Festival of Trees Auction of decorated Christmas trees.
