Friday through Sunday, June 16, 17 & 18, thirty-seven top plein air artists are coming to Parrsboro from Maine, Ontario, Quebec, the Atlantic Provinces, New Jersey, Ohio and Massachusetts, for the Parrsboro International Plein Air Festival.
