The Amherst International Women’s Day Luncheon
The Amherst International Women’s Day Luncheon is Fri Mar 10 from noon-1:30 at the Amherst lions Center. The theme is Be Bold For Change-promote a more gender inclusive world, with guest speaker Corey Hunter. There will be chilli or soup, a 50/50 draw and door prizes. Wear a bold hat for a chance to win a prize. Admission is free, but a donation to Autumn House would be appreciated.

There will be an All Ages Paint For Camp, Fri Mar 10 from 6-8 at Trinity St Stephens United Church. Tickets are $20. You can book in advance by calling Allison at 902-669-1818. Some tickets will be available at the door on a first come basis. They will also have tasty goodies and Camp Ta-Wa-Si clothing for sale. Proceeds are for Camp Ta-Wa-Si.
