The 2nd Springhill Scouts are holding a Pancake Breakfast, Saturday March 21 from 11-1 in the CIBC Common Room at the Dr. Carson and Marion Murray Community Center in Springhill. $8 for adults and $5 for children.

There’s Music at the Mall Saturday at the Amherst Center. This week Four Corners will be performing from 1-3. Admission is a donation, and you have chances to win door prizes or the cash draw. The Advocate and District Voluntary Fire Brigade is holding a Scallop Supper Saturday March 21, 4-5:30 at the fire hall in Advocate Harbour. Scallops, homemade rolls and homemade pie for $12 per plate. After supper stick around for the Open Mic at 7.

There will be a Hymn Sing Lunch, with corn chowder, Thursday March 26 at noon at the Springhill Baptist Church. Admission is a donation to cover the cost of the event and to add to the stove fundraiser.
