Glow Bingo – Country Edition
The Amherst Fire Department is holding another Glow Bingo, a Country Edition, Friday Jan 31 from 6-10 at the Amherst Fire Hall. Dress country style and play bingo under the black light, with a live dj and cash bar. Ticket are available the Shell on South Albion Street.

Sand Hill Historic Walking Trail Exhibit
The Sand Hill Historic Walking Trail Exhibit will be unveiled Saturday at the Cumberland County Museum, as part of the launch of African Heritage Month in Cumberland County. During the 1800s, Sand Hill had one of the largest black populations in Cumberland County and a concentration of skilled laborers, educators, musicians, cooks, millwrights, entrepreneurs, blacksmiths, farmers and tradespeople. There’s a Fundraiser for Vaughn Martin, Saturday at Teasers. Vaughn lost his home in a recent fire. Over 20 local musicans will be performing, including Cool Water, Lost Highway, Dave and Jen, 6:30 Band, Ronnie Downey and Friends, Bail Hicks, Steve LeBlanc and more. The fundraiser starts at 6.
