Lunar New Year Celebration
The Multicultural Association of Cumberland is hosting a Lunar New Year Celebration, Saturday from 6:30-9 at the Knights of Columbus Hall on Robie Street. 2020 is the Year of the Rat. They will be celebrating with finger foods, games, stories and dance with music from DJ Milo C . The admission is by donation and you are welcome to bring food.

Sand Hill Historic Walking Trail Exhibit
The Sand Hill Historic Walking Trail Exhibit will be unveiled Saturday at the Cumberland County Museum, as part of the launch of African Heritage Month in Cumberland County. During the 1800s, Sand Hill had one of the largest black populations in Cumberland County and a concentration of skilled laborers, educators, musicians, cooks, millwrights, entrepreneurs, blacksmiths, farmers and tradespeople.
