Christ Church Readers Theatre Players present, A Christmas Carol Friday and Saturday 7:30 at Christ Church Parish Hall. It’s a dramatic reading of Dickens’ famous story by 10 really adventurous readers, Donations will be accepted at the door.

It’s a Victorian Christmas in Down Town Amherst Saturday. Enjoy the sights and sounds with a traditional Christmas between 11 and 2. There will be free horse drawn wagon rides, strolling singers from The East Coast Caroling Company and a Victorian photo booth at Focal Point Gallery.

There’s Music at the Mall Saturday at the Amherst Center. It’s a drop in day. You never know who will be playing from 11-1. Then Boonie Buddies play from 1-3. As always, there will be a cash draw and door prizes. The 2nd Annual Collins Christmas Craft Village is open this weekend as well. And there’s always great food, with Caribbean, Korean and traditional cuisine at the Café
