There’s Music at the Mall Saturday at the Amherst Center. It’s a drop in day. You never know who will be playing from 11-1. Then Boonie Buddies play from 1-3. As always, there will be a cash draw and door prizes. The 2nd Annual Collins Christmas Craft Village is open this weekend as well. The Springhill Fire Department will be holding a Breakfast With Santa Sunday Dec 15 from 10-noon. Santa will be there between 10:30 and 11:30. A kids plate will cost $5, adult plates for $8

The VON Lucky Loonie Draw has extra prizes in December. In addition to the regular Loonie draws Wednesdays, on Dec 4, 11 and 18th, they will be drawing for 3 turkeys each night as well. If you don’t have a Lucky Loonie Draw ticket, get yours at the VON office, on Prince Arthur Street. And don’t forget to play your Loonies.

There’s a Holiday Party at the Springhill Library Thursday Dec 19 from 3-4. There will be stories, games and crafts. It’s for grades P-6.
