The YMCA of Cumberland County  Ugly Christmas Sweater Run Saturday has been canceled.

It’s a Victorian Christmas in Down Town Amherst Saturday. Enjoy the sights and sounds with a traditional Christmas between 11 and 2. There will be free horse drawn wagon rides, strolling singers from The East Coast Caroling Company and a Victorian photo booth at Focal Point Gallery.

There’s Music at the Mall Saturday at the Amherst Center. It’s a drop in day. You never know who will be playing from 11-1. Then Boonie Buddies play from 1-3. As always, there will be a cash draw and door prizes. The 2nd Annual Collins Christmas Craft Village is open this weekend as well. And there’s always great food, with Caribbean, Korean and traditional cuisine at the Café

The Springhill Fire Department will be holding a Breakfast With Santa Sunday Dec 15 from 10-noon. Santa will be there between 10:30 and 11:30. A kids plate will cost $5, adult plates for $8

Showcase Productions presents One Christmas Carol, Monday Dec 16 at 7:30 at Oxford Capitol Theatre. Dicken’s famous story is stripped down. No scenery, No costumes. Tuesday, December 17 at 7, the E. B. Chandler bands and choir will be holding their Christmas concert in the EBC gym. Donations will be accepted at the door.
