Holy Family Parish have a CWL Christmas Tea and Sale Sat Nov 23 from 11-1. There will be various crafts and baked goods as well as a white elephant table and raffles. 1st prize is $100 cash and an elegant Christmas wreath.

The Cumberland Blues hockey team is holding a Dance this year, instead of a Diamond Dinner. It’s Saturday Nov. 23 from 9-1 at the Dr. Carson and Marion Murray Community Center. C-4 will be playing, and the admission is $15 per person or $25 per couple. There will still be door prizes and a diamond prize, an $800 ring from Charm Diamond Center. If you are a hockey fan, the Bridge Adult Service Center is having a Hockey Draw. The prizes include a Moncton Wildcats package that includes tickets, backpack and hat, a Halifax Mooseheads autographed stick, and a Toronto Maple Leafs Jersey (Auston Mathews). Tickets are $2 each or 3 for $5 and are available at the Bridge Adult Service Center on Station Street and on Nov 30 at Dayles Grand Market. The draw is December 6th.

The Springhill Lions Club’s Toys For Tots is accepting applications, Monday through Wednesday, Nov 18-Dec 5, from 10-2, at 6 McFarlane Street, behind Foodland. Bring MSI cards for each child you are applying for and proof of income. Pick up day is Thursday Dec 19 from 10-2.
