MADD Cumberland-Tantramar is hosting their annual ROAD RALLY on Saturday October 5 starting at 10. Your team must contain at least 2 people: The Driver – responsible for keeping their eyes on the road, and The Navigator – responsible for reading the instructions and providing direction to the driver. A Kairos Blanket Exercise is going on Saturday at Trinity St Stephens United Church, It’s an interactive program developed with indigenous Elders and educators, to foster truth, understanding, respect and reconciliation amoung Indigenous and non-indigenous people. It’s a history lesson of this land and its peoples. It’s on from 2-6 in Burgess Hall. The program will wrap up with a sharing circle and potluck supper.
