Try Snowshoeing

If you have wanted to try snowshoeing, join Maggie’s Place Saturday 1-2:30, and give it a try at Rotary Park on Elmwood Drive. They will have adult and school age size snow shoes - some sleds for pulling the little ones or Maggie’s Place early childhood educators would be happy to play with the kids too little for snowshoeing. 2021 GOLDEN GLOBE AWARDS

The 78th Golden Globe Awards will honor the best in American television of 2020, as well as film in 2020 and early 2021, as chosen by the Hollywood Foreign Press Association. The 2021 Golden Globes will honor Jane Fonda with the Cecil B. deMille Award, and Norman Lear with the Carol Burnett Award. Lear will be the third recipient of the recently created Carol Burnett Award, which honors contributions to television.

Fundy Geological Museum – Youth Eco-Venture Club

The Fundy Geological Museum is holding Youth Eco-Venture Club’s during March Break. Explore science and nature, with a focus on the natural world around Parrsboro. It’s for youth in grades 1-3. Participants should dress for the outside. Masks are mandatory. The program is free. The Eco-Venture Clubs will run 2-3:30, on March 15, 17 and 19, participants can register for all 3 days.
