Lifestyle Makeover Challenge

Lifestyle Makeover Challenge is a free course to help you build confidence and play a more active role in reducing the impact of arthritis on your life. It will be at the Maritime Conference Center in Sackville, Wednesday Oct 25 from 10-noon. Learn, from health professionals, how to live better, manage pain and fatigue, eat healthfully, understand medications, and enjoy physical activity with arthritis.
