Summer Kick-off at Dickey Park

The Town of Amherst is kicking off summer this Friday at Dickey Park.

The Town and the Amherst Police Dapartment will be holding a free community bike rodeo between 5 and 7. A Trail Flow Portable Park will also be set up, to simulate the elements found on mountain bike trails, so bring your bike. Atlantic Kite Festival will be putting on a kite flying demonstration from 5-8, and you can fly one too. There will be a Luau Dance party between 6:30 and 8 with a dj and a limbo contest.
