New Year’s Eve Family First Celebration
The New Year’s Eve Family First Celebration is from 6-8 at the Amherst Stadium. There will be skating, ice coloring, wagon rides, live music, a photo booth and rooftop fireworks display. All activities are free and tobacco and alcohol free. Traffic note: New Years Eve between 4:30 and 8:30, Church Street between Wellington and Townshend Ave, and Senator Ave, will be closed.

Justin Bourgeois, a professional MMA fighter, will be offering Kickboxing Classes at the Dr. Carson and Marion Murray Community Center. Youth classes for grades 7-12 are every Monday from 6-7 and start Monday Jan 8. Adult drop-in classes are every Monday from 7-8, beginning Jan 8. The cost is $5 per class.
