There will be a Toy/Merchandise Bingo, Thursday Novembers 23 at 7 at the Pugwash Legion. There will be lots of great prizes for all regular and special games. All proceeds to the Pugwash Open Hamper Food Bank to raise money for Christmas Food Boxes.

This Friday and Saturday, many EB Chandler music students will be holding tag days at various Amherst businesses, collecting donations for the music program. The EB Chandler bands and choir will be holding their Christmas Concert Tuesday Dec 12 at 7 in the gym. Donations will be accepted at the door.

The Oxford Christmas Parade is Friday, starting at 6:30. This year’s theme is 150 Christmases .. Yesterday, Today, and Tomorrow. Call Corey Skinner for more details at 902-447-2798. There will be a Public Skate at the Arena from 6-9.

The Amherst Masons are serving Breakfast this Saturday from 7:30-10:30 at their Temple on Lawrence Street. Eggs, Bacon or sausages and hash browns are on their menu. Adults $6. Children 12 and under $4.

There is an Indoor Yard Sale Saturday starting at 8 in the EB Chandler Cafeteria. All proceeds support the grade 8 French students trip to Quebec next year.

There’s a Christmas Craft Fair, Saturday from 9-2 at the Dr. Carson and Marion Murray Community Center in Springhill. They are expecting over 45 vendors. There will be a Christmas Basket Raffle and 50/50 as well. Admission is free.

There will be a Christmas Bazaar and Soup Luncheon, Sat Nov 25 from 10-1 at Christ Church Parish Hall. Find crafts, bakery and pantry tables, books, new to you items and more. For lunch there will be soup, sandwiches and dessert for $10.  

The Sunset Fall Giftware, Craft and Bake Sale is Sat Nov 25 from 10-3 at the Pugwash Legion Peace Branch #60 on Durham Street. They will have a Gift Card Raffle worth over $500. The Legion Ladies Auxiliary will have a canteen. Open. Admission is free.
