Fling – Singing for the Fling
The 37th Annual Highland Fling Family Fun Fair is Saturday May 11 9-1 at the Amherst Curling Club. This year’s goal is to raise $35,000 to buy a mannequin simulator, to support nursing and other medical professionals in developing and maintaining skills. The YMCA of Cumberland is holding a Triathalon Clinic Saturday from 8:30-2 at the Y. It’s a fun, skill enhancing clinic with introduction level technique feedback. The clinic includes a group run, swimming: stroke analysis, indoor cycling, stretch/yoga and a nutrition session. Lunch will be provided. The cost is $50 for members, $60 for non-members.
