Sackville Sports Recognition Night
The Town of Sackville and the Sports Wall of Fame Board of Directors, are hosting the Sackville Sports Recognition Night. The event honors those who, through their athletic endeavours, have brought recognition to their hometown in 2018 at provincial levels or higher. You are invited to forward names of local athletes, teams, coaches, officials and volunteers to be recognized Tuesday, January 22, at 6 at the Tantramar Veterans Memorial Civic Centre.

Hey, Who’s in Control will help you with problem-solving, discipline, anger management, communication, and challenging behavior. The program is free and runs Thursday's, 9:30-11:30, Jan 24-Feb 28. Cumberland County 4H Tours is hosting a Breakfast, Sat Jan 26 8-11, at the Amherst Lions Center. They will be serving scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, hash browns and more. The cost is $7. Proceeds support Cumberland County 4H Tours.

Maggie’s Place, CANU and Cumberland Public Libraries are hosting Razzmatazz, Saturday Jan 26 from 11-12 at the Knights of Columbus Hall. From 10:30-11 there will be a book pantry, face painting and snacks. The event is free and all children must be accompanied by an adult.

Autumn House will be hosting their annual Evening of Art, Sat Jan 26 at Amherst Regional High. Doors open at 6:30, the Auction starts at 7:30. There will also be draws for artwork as well. The Garnet and Gold Theatre Society at Mount Allison presents, Hello Dolly at Convocation Hall. Performances are Thursday Jan 31 at 8, Fri Feb 1 at 8 and Sat Feb 2, 2 and 8.
