The 2nd Annual, Oxford Poetry Festival is Saturday and Sunday Apr 27-28.
On Saturday April 27, there are 3 events. Breakfast 10-11:30 am ($10.00) Trinity United Church Vestry, Call 902 447-3040 to book tickets. Focusing on poems of local ancestors. Down Town Poetry: 1:00 – 3:30 pm, Poetry Readings by a total of 11 poets in 5 down town Oxford locations beginning at GJDE Enterprises Ltd. on Water St. And there is a FREE -Evening of Folk Music, 7-9 pm, Trinity United Church Vestry – Free-will donations at the door.
On Sunday, April 28: Poetry Cafe, Readings and conversation with outstanding poets. 1:30-3:30 pm, Trinity United Church Vestry – Free-will donations at the door. Desserts for Sale.
